Hello, I'm Susan Webb, Founder & E-RYT200 of Rising Rooted. My journey began as a EMT, where I encountered the harsh realities of trauma and difficulty while working on the ambulance. Seeking solace and healing, I turned to yoga along with my faith and it became my guiding light through challenging times.
Inspired by my own transformative experience, I founded Rising Rooted with a simple mission: to offer healing and support to others in our community. My focus is on delivering trauma-informed and faith-based services that are accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance.
In my practice, I specialize in a blend of somatic embodiment, women's cycle mentoring, life coaching, and yoga. Each modality is infused with humility and compassion, reflecting my deep respect for the healing journey of each individual.
My journey of learning and growth has led me to acquire numerous certifications, including 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga For Trauma, Yin Yoga, Buti Yoga, Trauma Certified Coach, Master NLP Coach, Women's Cycle Coach, Reflexology, Master in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Breathwork Facilitator, T.I.M.E. Techniques, and more. Additionally, I'm currently pursuing certification as a Peritsteam Hydrotherapist, further expanding my toolkit for holistic healing.
In the spirit of continuous growth and service, I'm also in the process of obtaining my travel agent license to grow as a retreat . It's my humble honor to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and wellness.

Simple tasks, like lying on my yoga mat, seemed daunting, and certain poses stirred apprehension. Fast forward six years, and I find myself liberated, with back pain now a distant memory. Thanks to yoga, I now move through poses with ease, enjoying a newfound freedom of movement.
Motivated by my profound belief in yoga's transformative power, I pursued certification as a Yoga Instructor. Completing my rigorous 200-hour training marked just the beginning, as I now eagerly pursue my 300-hour certification. My journey as an instructor is driven by a deep-seated desire to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with all.
I firmly believe that yoga is inclusive and accessible to every body, regardless of background or ability. My mission is twofold: to introduce newcomers to the profound benefits of yoga and to support seasoned practitioners in their ongoing journey.
My specialization lies in Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic and fluid style of yoga, tailored to promote strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Additionally, I offer specialized instruction in Sightless Yoga, specifically designed for the visually impaired and blind community. Through adaptive techniques and guided instruction, I strive to make yoga a truly inclusive experience, empowering individuals of all abilities to discover the transformative potential of their practice.
As humans, we are meant to journey together. True transformation happens when we share our challenges, breakthroughs, and joys. In community, we see and support one another, realizing we are deeply connected.
