Meals are lovingly prepared by locals and served buffet-style, featuring a variety of delicious options. Every night includes a crisp, fresh salad, the most mouthwatering homemade bread you’ll ever taste, and local recipes crafted with organic ingredients.

After dinner, the fun continues with themed entertainment. Whether you’re learning to dance Bachata, belting out karaoke tunes, playing cards, or swapping stories around the fire pit, every night promises a blast and plenty of laughter. You won’t want to miss it!

The most selfless thing you can do is nourish your inner well. Each morning, wake up to the gentle sunlight streaming through the curtains and the peaceful song of birds. If you like, start your day with a guided, gentle yoga session to ease into the morning, followed by a hearty breakfast of eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and a cup of local coffee or hot chocolate — there’s something about jungle coffee that makes it taste extra special!

Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to join us for a blend of Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, and Shinrin Yoku, along with mindfulness and meditation practices. But remember, this space is completely YOURS, and everything is optional. There’s no right or wrong here, only what feels right for you. Whether you choose to move, breathe, or simply be still, it’s all welcome. You can follow my guided practice, or take the time for your own meditation or movement. The choice is yours.

In addition to yoga, we offer optional daily self-inquiry sessions and journaling. These reflective practices are designed to help you connect with your inner self, but they’re entirely at your pace. You’ll gain tools that can support you beyond these magical days, nurturing your growth long after the retreat ends.

For our adventure, we have two incredible options — and whichever we choose, it’s sure to be unforgettable.

Option 1: Horseback Ride to Limon Waterfall

We will set out on horseback, journeying deep into the lush tropical forest of the Samana Peninsula. Each guest will have their own guide to assist with the horses and ensure a comfortable experience. You’ll feel like a true V.I.P. as we make our way to the breathtaking Limon Waterfall, a stunning 55-meter cascade. Once we arrive, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters, relax, take photos, or even watch the locals leap from the cliffs — and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can jump too! After our time at the falls, we’ll enjoy a delicious Dominican home-style meal before heading off to explore remote beaches in the Limon area. These beaches, some of the most beautiful in Las Terrenas, will make you feel like you’ve stepped onto a movie set. Whether you want to relax, ride the waves, or try your hand at surfing or bodyboarding, the choice is yours.

Option 2: Hike to a Hidden Waterfall

For those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground, we may embark on a scenic hike through the tropical forest, leading to a hidden waterfall that feels like a secret paradise. As we make our way through lush greenery, you’ll be surrounded by the sounds of nature. Upon reaching the secluded waterfall, you’ll have the chance to swim in its cool waters or simply relax and take in the serenity of this untouched spot. Afterward, we’ll savor a traditional Dominican meal before heading to the same beautiful beaches for an afternoon of relaxation or adventure.

More than just an excursion, this is your adventure — a true communion with nature!
Your journey begins in the town of Samaná, where you’ll board a boat and set sail across the stunning Samaná Bay. We’ll stop at two peaceful snorkeling spots, with all the gear you need provided at no extra cost. Immerse yourself in the clear Caribbean waters, soaking in the beauty of the tranquil surroundings. After a day of snorkeling and sailing, you’ll enjoy a picture-perfect lunch at the pristine Cayo Levantado, complete with delicious rum cocktails and fresh fruit to top off the experience.

This full-day adventure runs from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and requires a minimum of 7 guests to set sail. Prepare for a day of relaxation and exploration!

Get ready for a full day packed with excitement, culture, and relaxation as we guide you to one of the world’s most stunning beaches — Playa Rincón!
We’ll set off on ATVs, cruising along the scenic road to Boca del Diablo, where the volcanic cliffs meet the sparkling ocean in a breathtaking display. The ride alone, with its gorgeous coastal views, is an adventure in itself. Our first stop will be at the serene La Playita Beach for a delicious lunch, after which we continue to the world-class Playa Rincón, taking in some of the most spectacular views the country has to offer.

At Playa Rincón, you’ll discover long stretches of white sand that feel like walking on memory foam. The beauty and solitude of this beach will make it feel like your own private paradise. Toward the end of the beach, rinse off in the fresh waters of a river that flows directly into the ocean — a truly magical experience. Did I mention parts of Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed here? How cool is that?!

To top it all off, we’ll visit a Casa Típica, where you’ll get a taste of local life, learning how to make traditional coffee and chocolate — a delicious, hands-on way to end this unforgettable day.

The owner of the Tree House Village is also the man who had the vision to pioneer an impressive zip-line in the mountains between Samana and the North Coast. He hired German engineers and spared no expense in building the tallest and highest-rated zip line experience in all of the Caribbean. From what looks like a wrecked ship on top of the mountain, visitors begin their downhill voyage by walking the plank. Reaching speeds of up to 40 mph, you criss-cross from platform to platform taking in the 360-degree breathtaking views! You will finally reach the bottom after an exhilarating ride across 12 lines and 13 stations. The zip-line drops you off right near a seasonal waterfall, Cascada Lulu, and the back entrance of the Dominican Tree House Village.
