Yoga mats are provided if you do not have your own.

This is a common misconception and you absolutely do not have to be flexible to come to a yoga class. Come just as you are!
Beginners yoga is only offered through a private session at this time. However all of our classes are geared for all levels, ages and backgrounds. For any reason you may not be able to perform certain poses, please listen to your body and move in a pain free range of motion and let the instructor know you may need modifications before class, they will assist you.
